Within easy reach of the coast (nearest beach 10 mins drive), the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Daphne Du Maurier Country, Bodmin moor and numerous National trust properties, the cottage is perfectly situated to allow the pleasures of this part of Cornwall to be enjoyed.

This is a private letting and has been used as a second home for some years.  The particularly welcoming and comfortable accomodation incorporates sitting room with gas fire, kitchen with breakfast room and adjoining dining room.  The master bedroom with en-suite shower room has a king sized bed.  There are two further large twin-rooms and a family bathroom.
